CAR AIR CONDITIONING ELECTRONIC DIAGRAM It shows the connection and wiring between each parts and component of Air Conditioning system of the vehicle such as the junction block, blower motor relay, blower resistor, blower switch, air conditioning switch, air conditioning control unit, air inlet sensor, air thermo sensor, engine control module, air conditioning engine coolant temperature switch, interior light system, dual pressure switch, heat control illumination light, interior lights system, air conditioning compressor magnetic clutch, condenser fan motor relay, relay box, and many more.

Fan and Air Conditioner Control Switch Project

The circuit consists of power supply and control sections. The power supply section is built around transformer X1, bridge rectifier BR1 and filter capacitor C1. The 50Hz, 230V AC mains is stepped down by transformer X1 to deliver a secondary output of 9V, 300 mA. The transformer output is rectified by the bridge rectifier and filtered by capacitor C1. When the mains is switched on for the first time, pin 3 of IC CD4017 (IC1) goes high and relay RL1 energises to switch on the fan. When mains is briefly switched off using S1 and then switched on, the power to IC1 is maintained by the charge on capacitor C1. At the same time, there is a trigger pulse on the clock input (pin 14) of IC1, which advances the decade counter and relay RL2 energises to switch-on the air-conditioner. Both the air-conditioner and the fan will be turned off if the switch is in the ‘off’ position. Assemble the circuit on a general-purpose PCB and enclose in a suitable case. Fix the unit onto the switchboard. Use re...

Circuit indication for RF Output Transmitters On Air

This is an On Air indicator , ie an indicator circuit dr RF transmission , very simple and useful for those who like RF . This circuit detects the RF output using a visual indicator , but with some modifications , the LED may be replaced by a relay or any other system that want to trigger when the transmitter is switched on. The output of the transmitter or other RF generator must be connected to this RF input circuit.   Simple Circuit indication for RF Output Transmitters List of components Resistor R1 560Ω eighth Capacitor C1 330pF disc C2 Capacitor 0.1μF disc Diode D1 1N34 or 1N60 D2 LED Transistor Q1 2N3904 or equivalent  If you liked this article,Take a few Seconds to Share this and leave comments
