Mosfet Amplifier with power output 400W

See figure below its power amplifier using transistor mosfet as amplifier. Mosfet Amplifier with power output 400W

MOSFET based amplifiers

MOSFET based amplifiers as we all know are outstanding with their sound qualities and they can easilly beat the performance of other counterparts based on power transistors or linear ICs. However amplifiers based on mosfets are not always easy to design or make. Moreover after assembling a prototype, testing to perfection always remains an issue with new electronic hobbyists. You might have come across many hi-fi complex mosfet amplifier designs, but might have not dared making it just because of the above reasons. The simple mosfet amplifier circuit diagram is super simple to build and yet will provide you with a crystal clear 100 watts of raw music power that all the listeners will cherish for a long time. The idea was developed a long time ago by the Hitachi researchers and still it remains one of the favorite designs of all time considering the involved simplicity against quality. Looking at the figure we can understand the circuit with the following points: The involved simplicity...

Simple Power Mosfet Inverter

This a very simple Electronic Circuit Project of Power Mosfet Inverter Circuit Diagram. This inverter can deliver .high-voltage ac or de, with a rectifier and filter, up to several hundred volts. The secondary and primary of T1-a 12.6 to 440 V power transformer, respectively-are reversed; e.g., the primary becomes the secondary and the secondary becomes the primary. Transistors Q1 and Q2 can be any power FET. Be sure to heat sink Q1 and Q2. Capacitors C1 and C2 are used as spike suppressors.

Mosfet Power Amplifier 70W

There are possible alternative input stage transistors, the Toshiba 2SA970BL and 2SC2240BL, which appear to be good substitutes for the Hitachi 2SA1085E and 2SC2547E. The ‘BL’ suffix is the high gain group. Alternatives for the Sanyo 2SC2911 and 2SA1209 are the Toshiba 2SC3423 and 2SA1360. 70W Mosfet power amplifier Circuit Diagram This 70W power amplifier is designed for quality rather than quantity, and if much higher power is really needed there are other more suitable design approaches. This is an awesome amplifier circuit, and this is the older version(MJR7-Mk3). There is new version released (MJR7-Mk5) for better quality and performance, just go to THIS PAGE for complete circuit explanation. source

240W MOSFET Power Audio Amplifier

240W MOSFET Power Audio Amplifier A high power audio amplifier circuit which can output up to 240W on a 4Ω speaker. This mosfet amplifier is built with BUZ23 and uses a 40V symmetrical power supply. Connect the NTC close to the heatsinker. MosFet 240W power amplifier schematic 240W MOSFET Power Audio Amplifier

DEPLETION ENHANCEMENT MOSFET DE MOSFET

DEPLETION ENHANCEMENT MOSFETs By reverse biasing the gate of an N-CHANNEL JFET with respect to its Source, the width of depletion region increases considerably. This results the reduction of channel thickness, which further increases its resistance. And as a net result the Drain Current Id Reduces. If the polarity gate voltage is reversed so as to apply a positive bias to the gate with respect to Source, the P-N Junctions between the gate and the channel would then be Forward biased. Since a Forward bias Reduces the width of Depletion region , the thickness of channel would increase with a corresponding decrease in channel resistance. As a result, Drain Current Id would increase beyond the JFETs Idss value. The normal operation of a JFETs is in its Depletion mode. However it is Possible to increase or enhance the conductivity of JFET Channel. This increases the TRANSCONDUCTANCE gm. As the name suggests, DEPLETION ENHANCEMENT MOSFET (DE-MOSFET) was developed to be used in either o...
